Dear Valued Patients,
After more than 35 wonderful years serving this community, Dr. Thies and Dr. Johnson are announcing our retirement with both gratitude and a touch of sadness. It has been our greatest privilege to care for your vision and eye health, and we sincerely appreciate the trust and loyalty you have placed in us over the years.
As we transition, we are pleased to share that your ongoing care will be in excellent hands with Dr. David Hoffman, close by, at PS Optometry.
Dr. Hoffman and his family have been dedicated to this community for over 30 years, making this a trusted and seamless transition. Our practice has always been about family, and we are confident that you will continue to receive the same level of personal and professional care from Dr. Hoffman and his family that you have come to expect from us.
All patient files and records have been securely transferred to Dr. Hoffman’s office to ensure continuity of care. We ask for your patience and understanding during this transition as we work together to make it as smooth as possible.
Additionally, we are happy to share that Dr. Johnson will be joining Dr. Hoffman and look forward to seeing you at the new office. Dr. Johnson will begin seeing patients very soon, by appointment only, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, as well as one Saturday morning per month, from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM, dates to be determined.
Dr. Thies has enjoyed and appreciated being able to provide his passion and services to all of our community. Cory and his family will be leaving for Arizona shortly to enjoy their next adventure.
Starting next week, Dr. Johnson will begin seeing patients by appointment only on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, as well as one Saturday morning per month, from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM, dates to be determined.
Please have your vision and medical insurance information ready when booking appointments.
